My main take aways were that she is so grounded in her craft and ability. That her craft is so analogue you can’t even purchase a letterpress anymore, you haveto source an antique one and it’s really, really difficult. Even though she is an artist, she scaled her business easefully and it came to her, she hasn’t chased anything inauthentic.
I’m pretty sure Jackie will be surprised to hear me say that, but as I sit in New York City, full of people vying for position in a race that isn’t even of their making, it was such a rare jewel of a conversation. To meet someone who lives in their own true abundance. On an island, building their own house and making their own art.
The conversation is full of laughs, stories and wisdom. I hope you enjoy it and let me know your thoughts.
